The business location on US-17 Street in Haines City City provides excellent service and care for animals. The staff is attentive and professional, as evident from the numerous five-star reviews. The location is wheelchair accessible, with amenities like a restroom and parking lot, making it convenient for clients. While there have been some complaints about long wait times, this issue seems to be minor compared to the overall excellent service. The working hours are standard, with extended hours on weekdays and limited hours on Saturdays. The location is co-branded with Dr. Martinez Diana G DVM, who is highly rated by clients. Overall, this location appears to be a top-notch choice for animal care. However, I have noticed that the business hours are not very diverse and it seems that the staff has limited time to serve clients.
