It's a mixed experience with this home builder. On the one hand, the company seems to have a good reputation for building new construction homes, with a clear focus on innovation, as evident from their new townhome community in Inwood, WV. However, several customers have reported issues with the company's responsiveness, professionalism, and communication. Some have even experienced unauthorized access to their property, theft of property, and dishonest closing agents. While the company has acknowledged some of these issues, it appears that they have not been adequately addressed. The phone and website seem to be the primary channels of communication, but there is no indication of a physical location or office hours.
