This smoke shop is located in a convenient spot in St. Petersburg City, making it easy to visit for those in the area. The working hours are generous, with the shop open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day of the week. The staff is known to be friendly and helpful, with many customers praising their expertise in recommending products. The selection of products is vast, with options for tobacco, vapes, and other smoking accessories. Some customers have mentioned that the prices are a bit high, but the quality of the products makes it worth the extra cost. The shop has a loyalty program in place, which rewards customers for their repeat business. However, some customers have had issues with the program, such as not being able to use their rewards card for certain products. One of the main concerns with this shop is the quality control of their products. Some customers have reported receiving products that were defective or did not work as expected. However, the shop has a 30-day warranty on all batteries and electronic devices, which is a nice perk for customers.Overall, this smoke shop is a great option for those in the area looking for a wide selection of products and friendly staff. However, customers should be aware of the potential quality control issues and high prices.
