This business location is easily accessible due to its wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance. The working hours are flexible and accommodating, allowing clients to visit during their preferred time. However, the communication skills of the staff, particularly over the phone, have raised concerns. One investor reported feeling unprofessional and defensive on the phone, which led to a negative experience. The business appears to have a good understanding of the local market, with the owner explaining that sellers often reject lowball offers, especially in a competitive market like Sarasota County. However, this knowledge does not seem to translate to a seamless interaction with clients. It is unclear whether this is a recurring issue or an isolated incident. The business's physical location is not easily identifiable from the provided information. The address, while given, does not provide enough context to navigate to the location without additional information. The phone number and website link are available, making it easier to get in touch with the business. The business has some strengths, such as its extensive experience in selling homes and its understanding of the local market. However, these strengths are overshadowed by the reported issue with communication. The client's feedback suggests that there may be a disconnect between the business's expectations and the way it interacts with clients.
