This location is a wonderful community resource, providing a range of services including psychotherapy, medical care, and social work. The staff, led by Dr. Mark Ruffalo, are extremely professional and caring, with a strong focus on individualized attention and support. The office is wheelchair accessible, and appointments are highly recommended to ensure availability. The location is open Monday through Thursday, from 8am to 7pm, which provides flexibility for clients with varying schedules. While some clients have noted that Dr. Ruffalo's availability may be limited due to his schedule, the staff is responsive to emails and phone calls, making communication a breeze. A minor issue is that the location does not provide evening or weekend hours, which may be a concern for those with non-traditional schedules.
