This condominium complex is located on a beautiful spot, with 12 condos on the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. It's close to shopping and restaurants, which is very convenient. The neighbors are very helpful, which is a big plus. However, the quality of the complex could be improved, especially considering the age of the building. The amenities are nice, with a swimming pool available for residents. But the parking lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible, which is great.
