The Mariner condominium complex in Tampa City is a lovely place to live. It is located on the waterfront, offering unobstructed views of Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. Residents can enjoy stunning sunsets and scenic views from their spacious decks. The complex is well-maintained and offers a range of amenities, including a weight room, sauna, and billiards table. The party room and business office are also great features that set this complex apart from others in the area. However, there is a notable issue with noise from planes, which may be a disturbance for some residents. Despite this, the luxurious kitchen and oversized rooms make this a great place to consider buying into. The location is also convenient, with easy access to various amenities and services.Overall, the Mariner condominium complex is a great option for those looking for waterfront living in Tampa City. Its beautiful views, luxurious amenities, and convenient location make it an attractive choice for potential buyers.
