This boat retail chain has a lot to offer for those looking to get out on the water. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection of yachts, fishing boats, and leisure crafts is impressive. However, some customers have reported issues with the service department, including one instance where a boat was returned with a replacement outdrive that had serious defects. It's worth noting that the issue was not isolated to just the boat itself, but also included the loss of custom props.
The location itself is wheelchair accessible, with a convenient parking lot and entrance. This makes it easy for visitors with mobility issues to get around. The phone number is clearly listed, and the website is easy to navigate.
The working hours are standard Monday through Friday, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday, when the location is closed. The co-brands, including MarineMax Vacations, offer additional services and packages that may be of interest to customers.
Overall, the quality of the boats and the staff's knowledge are somewhat lacking, but the pricing is competitive and the innovativeness of the services offered is evident. However, the issues with the service department are a significant concern that needs to be addressed.
