We stayed in this apartment complex for a month. The location is great, close to beaches and shopping centers. The building is well-maintained, with a nice pool and outdoor space. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bernie, the leasing consultant, was very helpful during our stay and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The maintenance staff is also prompt and efficient. However, there are a few issues with the apartment itself. The air conditioning was not working properly when we arrived, and it took a few days to get it fixed. The kitchen was also not very clean when we moved in, with old food and stains on the counters and appliances. The parking situation can also be a bit cramped, especially during peak hours.Overall, we had a good experience at Marigot Bay, but there were some minor issues that detracted from our stay. The complex has a lot of potential, and with some improvements, it could be a great place to live. One issue that stood out was the lack of attention to detail when it comes to the maintenance of the apartments. It seemed like small issues were being neglected, and it took a few days to get them fixed. This can be frustrating for residents who are trying to enjoy their living space.Despite this, we would still recommend Marigot Bay to others. The location and amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. With a bit more attention to detail, this complex could be a top-rated place to live in Sarasota.
