Maria's Magic Broom is a reliable cleaning service that has been impressing clients with its thorough and high-quality work. The company's cleaners, such as Luba and Anastasia, have been praised for their attention to detail and professionalism. They have consistently received positive feedback for their ability to thoroughly clean homes, including tasks that clients didn't even realize needed attention. Their commitment to using eco-friendly cleaning products is also a notable aspect, as it has been mentioned to make a noticeable difference in the air quality and overall feel of homes. The company's customer service has also been highly rated, with managers responding promptly to clients' needs and concerns. However, one instance where the company fell short was mentioned in one client's review, but it appears to be an isolated incident. The company's working hours, from 6 am to 9 pm on all seven days of the week, provide clients with a lot of flexibility in scheduling their appointments. The wheelchair-accessible parking lot also makes it easier for clients with mobility issues to access the service.Overall, Maria's Magic Broom seems to be a trustworthy and effective cleaning service that consistently delivers high-quality results.
