I have been to this pediatrician's office a few times with my son. We had a good experience with the nurse and office staff. They are very friendly and welcoming. However, my experience with Dr. Hernandez was not as good as I had hoped. I had concerns about my son's health, but she seemed dismissive and did not take them seriously. I ended up switching to a different pediatrician who confirmed my concerns and provided proper treatment. Unfortunately, the office staff's professionalism was overshadowed by the doctor's behavior.The office itself is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. However, the lack of attention to patients' concerns is a major drawback. It's essential for parents to research the doctor and be aware of their approach to care.Overall, my experience was mediocre. The staff is friendly, but the doctor's quality of care is questionable. It's crucial for patients to be proactive and advocate for themselves to ensure they receive the best possible care.
