This gas station and convenience store is a well-rounded location that caters to various needs of its customers. The overall cleanliness of the store and restrooms is commendable, with many customers appreciating the effort put into maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The staff, particularly Amanda, have received numerous praises for their excellent customer service and friendly demeanor. The store offers a wide range of products, including snacks, beverages, and lottery tickets, with some customers even complimenting the variety of scratch-offs available. While some customers have expressed concerns about the quality of certain items, such as the empanadas, the majority of feedback suggests that the store makes a genuine effort to provide a pleasant shopping experience. However, it's worth noting that there are some instances of dishonesty and poor customer service among the staff. A customer reported being shortchanged on a lottery ticket, and another customer was treated rudely by an employee. These incidents are not isolated and have been reported by multiple customers.Despite these issues, the store's excellent customer service, cleanliness, and variety of products make it a great place to stop for gas, snacks, and other essentials. The store's management appears to be working to improve the overall experience, with some customers reporting that the store has undergone significant renovations and is now more affordable than before. One major area of concern is the quality control of certain products, as mentioned in some customer reviews. However, the majority of customers have reported positive experiences with the store's food and beverages. To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, the store should focus on ensuring that all products meet certain quality standards and that staff are trained to provide excellent customer service.Overall, this gas station and convenience store is a solid choice for those looking for a quick stop to refuel and grab some essentials. While there are some areas for improvement, the store's excellent customer service, cleanliness, and variety of products make it a great option for the local community.
