This location is a great place to build a new home, with a variety of beautiful floor plans and a growing community. The sales team, including Lexi, Stephanie, and Alexia, is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, making the home buying process a breeze. The community is quiet, safe, and friendly, with a great location in Apollo Beach. However, it's worth noting that some homes may have issues with plumbing or electrical systems, so it's essential to thoroughly inspect the property before moving in. Overall, this location is a great option for those looking for a new home in a beautiful community.
