Manasota Pools is a multifaceted company that offers a wide range of services, from pool installation to repair and maintenance. The company is known for its expertise in inground pool installation, as well as its ability to provide custom designs and solutions for backyard landscaping. The staff is available to work with clients during the weekdays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, there is no mention of weekend hours, which may be a limitation for those who prefer to plan their pool-related projects on Saturdays and Sundays. One customer had a disappointing experience, citing that their pool was only partially completed after a year and a half and that they were unable to get in touch with the company for further work or assistance. Unfortunately, the customer has chosen to take legal action, which raises concerns about the company's reliability and customer service. On the other hand, several customers have praised Manasota Pools for their exceptional quality of work, professionalism, and value for the price. One customer noted that the company went above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction, and another customer appreciated the company's ability to provide great service at a great price.Overall, while Manasota Pools has its strengths and weaknesses, it appears to be a capable and customer-focused company that is well-versed in the pool industry.
