The review starts with a positive note as the staff at Managed Staffing is wheelchair accessible, which makes it a welcoming environment for everyone. The staff is also knowledgeable and can provide excellent recruitment services, which is a plus.
However, the experience of the clients with the staff, particularly with Debbie, has been largely negative. Multiple clients have reported being treated rudely and disrespectfully by Debbie, who seems to have a very demanding and unprofessional attitude. This has led to a lot of frustration and disappointment among clients.
The phone calls from the staff have also been a major issue, with some clients receiving an overwhelming number of spam calls in a short span of time. This has been particularly annoying and has left a bad taste in the mouth of the clients.
It's worth noting that the management of the company seems to be very reactive to the issues, but not proactive in addressing the root cause of the problems. This has resulted in a lot of complaints from clients.
