The location is situated in a quiet area of Bradenton City, easily accessible via 3rd Street West and 9th Avenue West. The surroundings seem to be a bit sketchy, but the beautiful historic cemetery itself is a peaceful spot. The cemetery has a rich history, dating back to 1892, and is the final resting place of many pioneer families, including Major Adams. Unfortunately, the site is currently inaccessible due to a combination lock on the gate and a "No Trespassing" sign. Despite its historical significance, it seems that the cemetery is not well-maintained, making it difficult for visitors to pay their respects. The beautiful appearance of the cemetery from the outside is not matched by the inside experience.
