Mainscape, located at Building 7450 on Clark Rd Road in Sarasota City, is a well-established company that offers various services, including construction and development, landscape design, and landscaping. While they excel in their pricing, there seems to be room for improvement in terms of quality of services. Many clients have expressed satisfaction with their work, especially in the Sarasota region, where the team is responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable. The company has received high ratings from its clients, with some even describing them as the best landscaping company they've hired. However, there's one notable exception, where a client reported poor customer service and unanswered tickets. Despite this, Mainscape's overall reputation remains strong, and they continue to deliver quality services to their clients. Overall, Mainscape appears to be a reliable and competent company, but they should work on addressing the concerns raised by some clients to further improve their services.
