I have visited this parking garage and it is very convenient to use. The free parking is a nice bonus, as the spots are always available. The accessibility is also a plus, with both wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance. The pay system through mobile app or at the kiosk is easy to use. However, I noticed that the parking spots are extremely close together under the garage cover, which can be a bit tight for larger vehicles. But overall, this is a good option for parking in the downtown area.
