This business location is a great place for medical services, offering high-quality permanent makeup and beauty treatments. The staff is extremely professional and welcoming, making clients feel comfortable and at ease. The location is wheelchair accessible and has a free parking lot, making it easy to visit. However, it's worth noting that some clients have mentioned issues with Marcela's availability and communication. The working hours are limited, with long gaps between some days, which might not be suitable for everyone. It's also worth mentioning that the business has a high overall rating of 4.9, indicating that most clients are very satisfied with the services. Some clients have praised Marcela's attention to detail, her gentle and caring approach, and the natural-looking results. However, there is one client who left a 1-star review, mentioning that Marcela cancelled their appointment multiple times and was not responsive. This is an issue that needs to be addressed to ensure that all clients receive the same level of service.Overall, this business location has a lot to offer, but it's essential to be aware of the potential issues with Marcela's availability and communication. With some improvements in this area, this location could become an even better place for clients to receive high-quality medical services.
