This business location has a decent overall score, but its quality is a major concern. Although it has a convenient location and is wheelchair accessible, the services provided by the court reporters can be unreliable and of poor quality. This is evident from the client feedbacks, which mention issues with punctuality, organization, and professionalism. Moreover, the company's customer service is often unhelpful, and they tend to shift the blame instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. Additionally, there have been cases of bogus charges being added to invoices, which is a serious issue. Despite this, the company's pricing is relatively reasonable, but it's not enough to compensate for the poor quality of service. The innovativeness of the business is also not clear, as there is no information available about any new or unique services they offer. One major issue that stands out is the lack of reliability and professionalism in their services, which is a significant drawback for any business.
