This business location is a well-established and highly-rated air conditioning repair service. The employees, including the owner Chris, are known for their exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. They take the time to explain everything they're doing and provide fair prices. Many customers have reported having a great experience with Magic Touch A/C Services, with some even going back for multiple repairs and installations. The team is very responsive, with most customers reporting that they received service on the same day or within a few hours of calling. Chris and his wife, who often help with repairs, are honest and transparent about the work they're doing and the costs involved. They also seem to go above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied with the work. One potential issue is that the business seems to rely heavily on Chris, who is the owner and main service provider. While he is exceptional, it's unclear what would happen if he were to become unavailable or unable to work.
