The location is a reputable jewelry store with a long history of satisfied customers. Many reviewers have praised the staff for their exceptional customer service, kindness, and professionalism. The store is known for its wide selection of high-quality jewelry pieces, including custom-made items. Prices are generally considered reasonable, and many customers have appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail that the staff provides. However, one reviewer expressed disappointment with the store's ability to complete a custom engagement ring on time. The store's owner acknowledged the issue and offered to remake the ring with the customer's desired specifications, but the reviewer ultimately chose to take their business elsewhere. The store's physical location is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance suitable for customers with mobility impairments. Customers can also choose from various payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards.
