This business location is a government service providing housing authority services to the community. The location is wheelchair accessible, with a wheelchair accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance. The housing authority is a co-branded business with MacDill Family Housing. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.The staff at the housing referral office have been helpful in providing information about realtors and rental properties in the area. The maintenance staff is also appreciated for their work. However, there have been issues with the communication from the housing team. Some clients have reported difficulty in getting responses to their problems, with promises of follow-up that are not kept. The issue seems to be dependent on who you know, which is not an ideal situation. The location has a pool that is not too crowded and has warm water. The client feedback has been mixed, with some clients receiving excellent customer service and others experiencing difficulties.
