This business is a motel located in a not-so-great neighborhood, but it seems to offer a decent place to stay for those on a budget. The quality of the rooms varies greatly, with some guests reporting cleanliness and comfort issues, while others praise the large bathroom and clean bed. The prices are generally reasonable, but some guests have complained about the high prices compared to the quality of the rooms. It's clear that the motel needs some renovation and upgrading to meet the expectations of its guests. The current state of the motel is not impressive, but it seems to be trying to provide a service to those who need a place to stay.
Despite the mixed reviews, there is one major issue that stands out: cleanliness. Many guests have reported finding bed bugs, roaches, and dirty rooms, which is a major concern for anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay. The motel seems to have a problem with keeping its rooms clean, which needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
It's worth noting that the motel has been around for a while, and it seems to have a loyal customer base of those who need a cheap place to stay. However, for those who are looking for a more upscale experience, this motel may not be the best choice. The neighborhood is also a concern, with some guests reporting safety issues and crime in the area. Overall, this motel is a mediocre choice for those on a tight budget, but it's not a place I would recommend for those who value cleanliness and comfort.
