Maaco is a great choice for auto body work, collision repair, and car painting. The team is very friendly and welcoming, making the experience comfortable and stress-free. They take pride in their work and it shows in the final result. The quality of work is top-notch, and the pricing is very reasonable. They have a wide range of services to choose from, including on-site services, and they work with various insurance companies to make the process smoother.
One issue that stands out is the occasional miscommunication or misunderstanding with customers, which can lead to delays or additional costs. However, this seems to be an isolated incident and not a standard practice at Maaco. The team is usually very responsive and willing to work with customers to resolve any issues.
Overall, Maaco is a great choice for anyone looking for reliable and affordable auto body work and car painting services. They have a great reputation in the community, and their customers are always satisfied with the final result. The team is professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing excellent service.
