The location seems to be a decent spot for travel and recreation, with a car rental service and RV park available. The address is Building 5800, New Tampa Hwy Highway, Lakeland City, and the phone number is +18638253236. On-site parking is a feature, and the location is co-branded with M&M park. However, some residents have mentioned that the living spaces are small, and the owner is not responsible for the appliances in the rooms. Additionally, there is no laundry on premises, which might be a drawback for some visitors. The manager is described as very nice, but there have been instances where the landlord was not considered friendly. Overall, it seems like the location is trying to improve, but there is room for updates and expansion. There is an issue with small living spaces.
