This location is quite accessible, offering a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. However, there seems to be a lack of information about their staff's professionalism and friendliness. The business seems to have a long working schedule, operating seven days a week from 7 in the morning to 9 at night, providing a lot of flexibility for customers. The working hours are well-stated and predictable, which is positive. However, there is an issue that makes the location not perfect. One customer had a very negative experience when the staff told them to throw their TV outside. This is clearly not an ideal solution and may indicate a lack of customer care. Despite this issue, the business is still quite innovatively offering a wide range of repair services for various electronics, as mentioned in one of the customer reviews.
