The business location has a strong reputation, with a good overall score. Quality is also a significant strength, with many customers praising the barbers' skills and attention to detail. Pricing is competitive, with some customers even noting that it's a good value for the quality received. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the business's response to negative feedback, including a tendency to be dismissive and defensive. One notable issue is the inconsistent availability of the owner, with some customers reporting that they've tried to visit during listed hours only to find the shop closed or the owner unavailable. This has led to some customers feeling frustrated and disappointed. Despite this, many customers rave about the business's products and services, and some have become loyal regulars. The business has a good reputation in the community, with many customers recommending it to friends and family. Overall, it seems like the business has the potential to be a top-notch destination for haircuts and other beauty services, but could benefit from improving its customer service and availability.
