Luxe Massage & Facial Spa is a well-regarded establishment, evident from the high overall rating of 4.7. The quality of services is also satisfactory, with a score of 4.6. The pricing is reasonable, with a perfect score of 5.0. However, innovativeness could be improved, with a score of 4.8.The business has an impressive track record of customer satisfaction, with numerous positive reviews praising the skilled and attentive staff. Many reviewers have noted that the massages are relaxing and effective in relieving muscle tension. The business is also commended for its cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent customer service. One reviewer mentioned that the staff was friendly and welcoming, making them feel comfortable and at ease during the massage. Another reviewer praised the skill and expertise of the massage therapist, noting that they were able to effectively target and relieve areas of tension. However, there is one area of concern. One reviewer mentioned that they received a massage that was too rough and resulted in bruising. Additionally, another reviewer felt that the staff was too aggressive in asking for a tip and felt pressured to leave a high rating.Despite these minor issues, the business has an overall positive reputation and is well-regarded by its customers.
