The business location at Building 1730, Land O' Lakes Blvd Boulevard, Land O' Lakes City is a veterinary clinic that provides animal services. The clinic has a good reputation with many satisfied clients. However, some clients have reported negative experiences. The staff and veterinarian, Dr. Joy, are friendly and knowledgeable, but some clients have experienced poor communication and unprofessional behavior. The prices are reasonable, but some clients have reported feeling nickel-and-dimed. The clinic has been in operation for over 20 years, and some clients have praised its longevity and commitment to animal care. However, the building itself could use an update, and some clients have reported a strong odor. A major issue is the lack of consistency in the quality of care provided by the clinic. While some clients have praised the clinic for its kindness and expertise, others have reported receiving subpar care and feeling disrespected. The clinic's management needs to address this issue to ensure that all clients receive high-quality care.
