This business location appears to be a reliable and trustworthy source for appliance repair and sales. The staff, particularly Tim, seem to be knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about their customers' needs. Many clients have praised their ability to diagnose problems efficiently and provide fair prices. The services offered, including repair, installation, and assembly, cater to a wide range of needs. The location's features, such as wheelchair accessibility and in-store shopping, make it convenient for customers. However, one instance of a customer feeling ignored after an initial visit raises some concern about communication. Despite this, the overall positive feedback suggests that this business prioritizes customer satisfaction and builds strong relationships with its clients.
