Review: Lumber Liquidators offers a wide range of flooring options, including hardwood, laminate, and vinyl. The store is well-stocked and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Many customers have reported receiving excellent service from sales associates like Janelle, who are willing to go above and beyond to help find the perfect flooring. The store offers a variety of promotions and discounts, which can be beneficial for customers looking to save money. However, some customers have reported issues with the installation process, citing poor communication and shoddy workmanship. The store is wheelchair accessible and offers in-store shopping, pickup, and delivery options. However, some customers have reported difficulties with getting assistance or finding products in stock. One major issue that has been reported by some customers is the quality of the flooring products. Some customers have received flooring that was damaged or defective, and have had difficulty getting it replaced or fixed. In conclusion, Lumber Liquidators is a good option for customers looking for a wide selection of flooring options and competitive pricing. However, customers should be aware of potential issues with the installation process and quality of products.
