This store is a great place to buy flooring, with a wide range of options and competitive prices. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, with many employees receiving high praise from customers. One customer even noted that the staff was willing to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. However, some customers have experienced issues with the return policy, with one customer being told that their returns would not be accepted because they were made at a different store. It's worth noting that this store has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restrooms, making it a welcoming space for all customers. While the store's working hours are limited on Thursdays and Sundays, the staff is generally available to assist customers with any questions or concerns. Overall, this store is a great choice for anyone looking to buy flooring, but be sure to review the return policy carefully before making a purchase.
