Many have noted excellent customer service, with one reviewer commenting that the customer service is "amazing" and that the quality of the rented items is "perfect". Another reviewer mentioned that the owner is "wonderful" and has been a pleasure to work with. The business has a 5-star rating from third-party reviewers, which suggests a high level of satisfaction among customers. One reviewer mentioned that the chairs they rented added a "cute touch" to their decor, highlighting the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the business. However, the business could benefit from some more creative and innovative ideas to set itself apart from competitors. While it excels in quality and pricing, it falls slightly short in this area. The biggest issue is that there is no alternative or additional options for customers with specific needs or requests, and the business does not stand out in terms of uniqueness or originality.Overall, Lulu Rentals, LLC is a reliable and efficient business that offers high-quality services and excellent customer service. However, it could benefit from some innovation and creativity to take it to the next level.
