They are also skilled at calming anxiety and making patients feel at ease.However, one patient had a terrible experience with Dr. Ying, feeling rushed and dismissive. They were not given a thorough examination or discussion about their health, and were instead prescribed blood work without explanation.Despite this negative experience, the clinic's overall reputation is good, with a 3.7 rating from third-party sources. The receptionist is also kind and helpful.It's worth noting that the clinic's hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with no Saturday or Sunday hours.
