The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the office is well-organized and efficient. Dr. Luiz A. Marconcini, MD, is a knowledgeable and caring physician who takes the time to explain treatment options and answer questions. He is also very approachable and makes patients feel at ease. The staff is also very caring and attentive, and they always follow up to check on patients' progress.However, there is one concern that has been raised by a patient, who felt that Dr. Marconcini was over-talking and didn't seem to care about what they were trying to say. Additionally, another patient had a negative experience with the doctor's phone call to deliver test results, which they felt was insensitive and heartless. Despite these concerns, the majority of patients have had very positive experiences with Dr. Marconcini and his staff, and many have praised their kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and patients feel valued and cared for.
