This business location is a great place for anyone seeking financial services, including accounting and tax preparation. The staff is professional and easy to talk with, making sure all questions are answered before you leave. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why, which is not always the case with other firms. The business has a solid reputation, with many satisfied clients who have been coming here for years. They are meticulous and work to the highest professional standards. However, there have been some issues in the past with responsiveness and quality of service. One client had a poor experience with a specific accountant, who failed to ask necessary questions and made significant errors in their tax preparation. This resulted in a triple inflated tax bill and a lengthy process to rectify the issue. Despite this, the business as a whole seems to have a strong commitment to excellence, with many clients singing their praises. They are wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot that accommodates this need. The business hours are standard, with the same hours every weekday. There are no services offered on Saturdays or Sundays. The phone number is +17277962002, and the address is Building 129, 6th Ave N Street, Safety Harbor City.
