This location has many strengths and areas to improve. The business offers a wide range of services, including tire service, oil change, and truck repair. The staff is professional, as shown by the kind treatment of a customer who was craving pizza at 1am and the prompt service of a customer with tire issues. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. The location has amenities such as a restroom, mechanic, and accessible parking. The prices are fair, as mentioned by several customers. However, there have been issues with the availability of mechanics and the length of time customers have had to wait for service. One customer had to wait 4 hours for service and was told that the mechanics were busy, which seems unfair considering the short wait times mentioned by other customers. Another customer was informed that the location did not have the necessary parts to complete a repair, which could be improved upon. Overall, this location has potential and has made efforts to provide good service, but needs to work on consistency and communication to live up to its full potential.
