Lotus Landscape & Irrigation, Inc is a well-established landscaping company in Polk City City. They have been providing various services including fencing and turfing for customers in Riverview. The company's staff is reliable and professional, evident from the positive reviews. For instance, Jason has been working with one customer for 6 years, taking good care of their lawn and handling maintenance, weeding, and feeding. The company's communication is not always perfect, though. There have been instances where customers experienced poor communication, particularly when it comes to rescheduling appointments. One customer had their appointment cancelled twice without any notice or communication, and the owner responded by saying that the company was too busy to accommodate last-minute changes. However, it's worth noting that the company's pricing is highly rated, with one customer praising their services as being very affordable. On the other hand, the quality of the services provided is not consistently high, with one customer giving a lower rating due to a lack of quality. The company's innovativeness and willingness to adapt to changing customer needs are unclear, based on the available data. Overall, the company has a good reputation, but some customers have had mixed experiences.
