Longboat Arms is an excellent destination on Longboat Key, with a perfect location that offers the best of both worlds. The condominium complex is situated between the bay and the beach, providing stunning views and easy access to beautiful sand beaches and intercoastal waters. The facilities and grounds are exceptional, with a fantastic pool, clean BBQ area, and even pickleball lines on the tennis court. The community is warm and friendly, with neighbors who maintain the property in excellent condition.Residents and guests praise the location, amenities, and services provided by the Longboat Arms condominium complex. The property's proximity to shopping, great restaurants, and local attractions is a huge plus. The property's boat ramp and marina make it an ideal destination for boat enthusiasts. The board of directors works tirelessly for the betterment of all, ensuring that the property is well-maintained and that residents have a wonderful living experience. One minor issue is that some visitors have reported that the working hours of the property management team seem to be always "00:00 - 24:00", which might be a bit confusing. However, this does not seem to be a major issue for the majority of residents and guests.Overall, Longboat Arms is a wonderful community that offers an exceptional living experience, with beautiful surroundings, excellent amenities, and a warm and friendly community.
