Many have returned for multiple sessions and have recommended the shop to friends and family. One customer noted that Josh takes the time to make his clients feel comfortable, making the experience of getting a tattoo enjoyable and stress-free. Another client praised the shop's cleanliness, stating that it is one of the top priorities. The only area for improvement mentioned by a customer was a communication issue after paying a deposit for a second session.
