This business location seems to have some room for improvement. The accessibility features, such as a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, are a plus. However, the working hours appear to be limited, with the office being closed on Thursdays and Sundays. The phone number, +13212843644, is available for customers to get in touch. The business is wheelchair accessible and has a co-branding partnership with London Express International. The working hours are mostly consistent, with some exceptions on weekends. The phone number is available for customers to get in touch. The owner's response to a negative review suggests a willingness to apologize and take responsibility for mistakes. However, the fact that the business has only 28 years of service without a single complaint prior to this incident raises some concerns. The client feedbacks mention issues with professional conduct and adequate management of information, which is worrying. Overall, while there are some positive aspects to this business location, there are also some significant concerns that need to be addressed.
