I recently had the pleasure of visiting BayCare Medical Group at their location on Pinellas St Street in Clearwater City. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. The office was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable waiting area and a restroom easily accessible to those with mobility issues. Dr. Logan Corey, the obstetrician-gynecologist on staff, was kind, compassionate, and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answer all of my questions. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the nurses, were efficient, courteous, and made me feel at ease during my visit. I was also impressed by the convenient payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it easy to take care of any necessary payments. While there were no issues with my visit, it would be great to see the office address some of the concerns raised by a few patients about communication and follow-up care. Overall, I would highly recommend BayCare Medical Group to anyone in need of medical services, particularly gynecological care. The staff's exceptional care and commitment to patient well-being truly shine through in every aspect of their practice.
