This business location has received mixed reviews from customers. The overall rating of 2.5 suggests that there are some concerns about the quality of service provided. Unfortunately, the lack of care for the lawn and issues with responsiveness have been major complaints among customers. There is also an issue with being very loud, which can be a significant disturbance for neighbors. It's worth noting that some customers have experienced delays in receiving service, and in some cases, service was not provided at all. On the other hand, there was a positive review from a customer who mentioned that one of the staff members, JJ, was very respectful and hardworking. However, these positive experiences seem to be exceptions rather than the rule. There is also a major issue with the business's lack of integrity, as the owner has been known to make promises he doesn't keep and then backing out of his commitments. This has led to significant problems for some customers, including very high water bills due to improperly installed irrigation systems. The business's professionalism and value for money have also been called into question.
