I've been to this boat repair shop a few times, and I have to say that the quality of the work is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what's going on with your boat. However, I've had some issues with the communication, like the owner answered a negative review by explaining that he had a heart attack and was recovering. That's not exactly what I want to hear when I'm trying to get my boat fixed.The prices are a bit steep, but I guess you get what you pay for. The shop is well-organized, and they have a nice dockside location that's easy to find.One thing that really stands out is the friendliness of the staff. They're always willing to lend a hand and answer any questions you may have. They seem to really care about their customers, which is great.The shop is open seven days a week, which is convenient if you need to get your boat fixed on short notice.
