This business location is truly exceptional. The stunning river views and scenic backyard create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and recreation. The house is beautifully appointed and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host, Carolyn, is super helpful and sweet, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. The access to the water is incredible, with plenty of kayaks and water gear to enjoy. The movie room is a great bonus, and the floating water pad is a lot of fun. The hosts are also LGBTQ+ friendly and accommodating, making this a wonderful destination for all types of groups. However, one notable point is the stairs leading to the house, which might be a challenge for some guests, particularly those with mobility issues.
