The company is accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, and offers onsite services. They have a 4.8-star rating on third-party platforms and receive high praise from customers for their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service.
Their website is user-friendly, and their phone number, +17273722455, is easily accessible. The company's working hours are clearly stated, with Monday through Friday operations from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Several customers have praised the company's sales representatives, citing their knowledge, professionalism, and ability to listen to their needs. The installation team has also received high praise for their efficiency, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Many customers have reported a significant decrease in their energy bills and a reduction in outside noise after installing their hurricane impact windows and doors.
However, one customer reported a negative experience with a sales representative who seemed more interested in making a sale than in understanding their needs. The representative failed to ask questions about their budget or preferences and made assumptions about their requirements. This experience was frustrating for the customer, who felt that the representative was more concerned with meeting their sales targets than with providing excellent customer service.
Despite this negative experience, many customers have reported that Lipton Window and Door has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. They have a lifetime labor warranty and a transferable warranty for their products. The company also has a reputation for being transparent and honest in their business dealings, which is evident in their high ratings and positive reviews.
Overall, Lipton Window and Door appears to be a reputable company that provides high-quality products and excellent customer service. While every company has its flaws, Lipton seems to be committed to making things right when issues arise. With their strong reputation, high ratings, and commitment to customer satisfaction, they are a good choice for those in need of hurricane protection for their windows and doors.
