This place is a great combination of services, providing automotive and boat service, parking, and mobile home park facilities. The location is easily accessible, with wheelchair-friendly parking and entrance. Clients have praised the friendly staff, cleanliness, and beautiful surroundings. Many reviewers have appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, making it a great choice for those seeking a calm environment. However, there are some issues that need attention. Some clients have complained about the presence of barking dogs and owners not taking responsibility, which can be a disturbance. Additionally, one reviewer mentioned that the park's appearance has declined under new management, with overgrown grass, mold, and trash not being properly maintained. It's worth noting that the client's feedback varies greatly, with some having very positive experiences, while others have had more negative ones. It seems that the park's quality can be inconsistent, depending on the management and attention to detail. Overall, this place has the potential to be a great choice for those seeking a peaceful and convenient location, but may require some improvements to maintain its quality.
