This location is a haven for those seeking holistic healing and relaxation. The business scores indicate a high level of quality in services, with many clients praising the excellent massage and facials. The pricing is also considered reasonable, making it an attractive option for those looking for a spa experience.
The innovativeness of the business is also noteworthy, with the use of unique treatments such as the EE system and cupping. However, some clients have mentioned that they wish to see more hours of operation, especially on weekends.
The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus for those with mobility issues. The business is also LGBTQ+ friendly and identifies as women-owned, making it a welcoming space for diverse communities.
One issue that has been highlighted by some clients is the difficulty in getting in touch with the business, with some reporting that the phone mailbox is full and the owner does not respond to messages.
