Lightning Strikes Pro Shop is a hidden gem in Kissimmee, offering expert personalized service and a vast selection of bowling balls and accessories. The shop is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand customers' needs and provide excellent customer service. The shop offers various payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The shop's working hours are limited, with reduced hours on weekdays and no Sunday service. However, this does not seem to deter customers, who rave about the shop's professionalism, helpfulness, and fair prices. While some customers have mentioned that the shop's location can be difficult to spot, the team's excellent service and knowledge make up for any initial difficulty in finding the shop. The staff's passion for the sport shines through in their interactions with customers, making everyone feel welcome and valued. One minor issue that some customers have noted is the lack of clear signage directing customers to the shop's entrance. However, this issue does not seem to have significantly impacted the overall experience for most customers.Overall, Lightning Strikes Pro Shop is an excellent choice for bowling enthusiasts, offering expert service, a wide selection of products, and a welcoming atmosphere.
